Welcome to Spade Cleaning LLC. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Spade Cleaning LLC offers professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel washing, and other exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Wichita, Kansas area. We strive to deliver high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee the removal of pre-existing stains, permanent damage, or oxidation that has already altered the surface.

2. Booking and Estimates

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described or if additional services are requested.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Spade Cleaning LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather for the safety of our team and to ensure the quality of our work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Property Preparation & Liability

Clients are responsible for securing all windows, doors, and moving fragile items or furniture away from the areas being cleaned. Spade Cleaning LLC is fully insured; however, we are not liable for water intrusion due to poor seals, pre-existing damage, or issues related to improperly secured property.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
